Mr Chan Chee Keong has been serving as a Board Member of APSN since 2008. He began volunteering with APSN in 1993 as a member and has served as its President from 2012 to 2016. Mr Chan is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Board for APSN Education Services Ltd., Chairman of Student Care Centre Committee and Tender Committee, School Supervisor of the School Management Committee, as well as a member of the Adult Learning & Employability Committee and Nominating & Governance Committee.

A retired business owner, Mr Chan has volunteered in the social service sector for over 30 years. His past appointments include serving as the Chairman of Lions Befrienders Service Association, member of AMK Thye Hua Kwan Hospital Medifund Committee, Chairman of Teck Ghee Citizens’ Consultative Committee and a Licensed Marriage Solemniser.
