Mrs Ruby Cheah has been serving as a Board Member of APSN since 2002. She is currently the Chairman of the Board of APSN Education Services Ltd, Chairman for the Company Limited by Guarantee Committee and the School Management Committee, as well as a member in four other committees – i.e. the Nominating and Governance Committee, Finance Committee, Student Care Centre Committee and Tender Committee. She advises the Board and Management on financial management, operations, policies, risk management and investments.

Mrs Cheah is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Singapore (Life Member). Her professional work experience include a US multinational corporation, a Big Four Accounting firm, and a Singapore Statutory Board.
