Mrs Ruby Cheah is currently the Chairman of the Board of APSN Education Services Ltd and the School Management Committee, as well as a member in two other committees – Nominating Committee and Finance Committee. She advises the Board and Management on financial management, operations, policies, risk management and investments.

Mrs Cheah is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Singapore (Life Member). Her professional work experience includes a US multinational corporation, a Big Four Accounting firm, and a Singapore Statutory Board.

Dr Anthony Fok currently serves on the Board of APSN Education Services Ltd as the Vice-Chairman. He began volunteering with APSN in 2014. He is also a member of the School Management Committee and a member of the Nominating Committee. Dr Fok’s professional work experience includes the Ministry of Education, Ernst and Young Global Limited, and as a venture capitalist in various education-related businesses.

Dr Anthony Fok holds bachelor’s degrees in Accountancy and Economics, a Master’s of Education and a Doctorate in Education. His doctoral thesis focuses on the topic of mobile applications in teaching and learning.

Mr Yeo How Ngee began volunteering with APSN in 2021 and is currently a Board of Director of APSN Education Services Pte Ltd and the Vice-Chairman of the Finance Committee.

He has been in the banking sector for over 38 years and has extensive experience in the institutional banking line of business covering product management and credit and risk management. He was also the COO of the business unit in Singapore. Currently, he is also volunteering in other social service agencies.

Ms Molly Ang began volunteering with APSN in 2013. She is currently a Board Director of APSN Education Services Ltd and a member of the School Management Committee and Human Capital Committee.

Ms Ang has served in various industries such as consultancy, retail, engineering, heavy equipment, hi-tech in software and manufacturing in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. Certified with a master’s degree in business administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management, she has more than 20 years of broad human resource experience, both as a consultant and a practitioner.

Mr Chan Chee Keong began volunteering with APSN in 1993 as a member and has served as its President from 2012 to 2016. Mr Chan currently serves as a Board Director of APSN Education Services Ltd, School Supervisor of the School Management Committee and Chairman of the Nominating Committee.

A retired business owner, Mr Chan has volunteered in the social service sector for over 30 years. His past appointments include serving as the Chairman of Lions Befrienders Service Association, member of AMK Thye Hua Kwan Hospital Medifund Committee, Chairman of Teck Ghee Citizens’ Consultative Committee and a licensed marriage solemniser.

Ms Angeline Khoo currently serves as a Board Director of APSN Education Services Ltd. Ms Khoo has more than 25 years of legal experience, and is presently a legal professional in a multinational corporation.

Ms Lee Boon Kheng began volunteering with APSN in 2019. She currently serves as a Board Director of APSN Education Services Ltd, and as the Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee.

Ms Lee has over 20 years of audit and risk advisory experience gained from professional accounting firm and financial institutions. She is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Mr Michael Quah began volunteering with APSN in 2021 as a member of the Infocomm Committee. He currently serves as a Board Director of APSN Education Services Ltd as well as the Vice Chairman of the Infocomm Committee.

Mr Quah has more than 30 years of experience in the tech and telecommunications industry. He is currently the Vice President for F5 Networks’ Asia Pacific Service Delivery organisation.

Ms Charmaine Sim began volunteering with APSN in 2019. She currently serves as a Board Director of APSN Education Services Ltd and as the Vice Chairman of the Human Capital Committee.

Ms Sim is currently the head of Human Resources and franchisee selection at Chick-fil-A (Asia) Pte Ltd. Certified with a master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Computer Science and Information Systems, she has more than 30 years of experience in human resources, sales and marketing.

Mr Tan Kok Peow first volunteered with APSN in 2018 and is currently serving as a Director on the Board of APSN Education Services Ltd as well as the Vice Chairman for the Fundraising, Partnerships and Communications Committee.

Mr Tan is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of experience in various roles in the financial industry. He also volunteers his time in various grassroot organisations and enjoys outdoor activities.
