Event: CCA Athletics: PAS Junior & Youth Athletics Meet
Date: 11 March 2023

The 11th of March saw a bustling of activity at the Para-Youth Athletics competition. A mix of 9 primary and 6 secondary students competed in a variety of track events that tested their agility and speed. Primary students showcased their strength in the track events, while secondary students went a step above and competed in both track and field events.

The primary school students won 2 silver medals respectively in the U13 6 x 50m Mixed Relay and Muhammad Aariq Rizqi in U13 50m Dash. Danish Zikri Bin Mohd Zaidi clinched a gold medal and Muhammad Fyraz Naufal a silver medal in U15 100m Men. Tan Hui Lan won a gold medal in U17 100m Women and Choo Foo Gin, Hugo clinched a gold for the U17 100m Men. Muhammad Aiman received a silver medal for the U17 400m Men whilst Shabil bin Fadli doing his best came in 4th. Choo Foo Gin, Hugo came in 5th place for the U17 Long Jump Men.

Cheers and yells of excitement filled the stadium as the athletes showcased their talent and determination. The competition was a success, with athletes of all ages displaying amazing athleticism and spirit. It was a great day of joy, camaraderie and competition that brought together students from all over to celebrate the power of sport.
