This partnership creates valuable avenues for our trainees to gain real-world experience and build essential life and work skills. Here’s how your support makes a difference:

Trainees receive hands-on work experience at IKEA stores, helping them build confidence, develop job readiness, and prepare for independent living.

Dedicated F&B training facilities at IKEA offer skills-based training, equipping our trainees with knowledge and experience for future employment in the food and beverage industry.
