This act explains the procedure for taking action against those that one suspects of serious misconduct.
Aim for implementing this policy
APSN is committed to improving the environment of its organization and the services that it offers by adhering to this act. APSN assures its employees that through this act, they do not have to fear retaliation if they are to report any suspected serious misconduct or breach of law or Company regulations. The organization will treat any reported cases fairly and will execute a thorough investigation. This is to ensure that only those who are proved to be acting in a manner deemed improper by APSN will be penalized. APSN will protect the privacy of any employee who reports the misconduct.
The Procedure
To report any concerns over the behaviour of an employee, they can contact a member of the organization that has been nominated by APSN to monitor the reports received from the whistleblowers. To contact the nominated member, whistleblowers need to download a form and email it to the President.

The Procedure II
Upon receiving the Report After receiving the report, the President will hand it over to two committee members who are appointed to investigate your report. If the investigation requires an interview with the Whistleblower, the two committee members should be present to avoid discrepancy in recording the interview. After confirming the report, the President will decide the course of action to be taken. He will do so by presenting the report and seeking counsel from the Executive Committee members to ensure that the appropriate action falls within the organization’s guidelines for those who have breached the company’s policy.
